HRIA attempts to address the various concerns and issues related in monthly meetings by a coordination of residents' efforts.  Committees are developed as a result of current issues affecting the community.

These committees are successful only through the dedication of residents who volunteer some of their time to help the community.  Any resident can assist on a committee by sharing his/her skills or talents.  The amount of time volunteered is based solely on the residents' availability.
